BiQ Associates was founded in 2011 and is run by Massimo Gaetani, an Executive Coach, Mentor, Consultant and Trainer who, for more than 15 years, helped owners of small business fine-tune their organisations to achieve bigger results with minimal efforts.

Massimo is a professional coach certified by the Neuroleadership Institute. He works primarily with business owners, directors and senior managers in organisations to boost their performance, set powerful goals for their businesses and careers and supports them on their path to ensure successful outcomes.

Massimo supports his coaching qualifications with 15 years of management experience in small to large enterprises working in various senior positions, two of which are at board level, in marketing, sales, IT and business consultancy.
